Refund policy
ALL REFUNDS ARE FOR THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE ONLY (EXCLUDING SHIPPING AND HANDLING). RETURN AND EX- CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. IT WILL TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF RETURNED MERCHANDISE TO INSPECT AND PROCESS THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. IF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS NOT REPORTED BEFORE THE 14 DAY PERIOD, WE CANNOT ACCEPT BACK OR DEEM THE PRODUCT DEFECTIVE.
BODY WEAR AND FOOT WEAR MUST HAVE ALL TAGS ATTACHED, NOT WORN, AND MUST BE IN CLEAN, UNWASHED ORIGINAL CONDITION. RETURN IN ORINGAL MANUFACTURER’S PACKAGING.
IF PROOF OF PURCHASE IS NOT PROVIDED, THE REFUND WILL REFLECT THE LOWEST SALE PRICE WITHIN THE PAST 90 DAYS FOR THE ITEM. FOR ORDERS RECEIVED VIA MAIL, PLEASE ALWAYS INCLUDE THE INVOICE NUMBER PROVIDED.
ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES SHOULD BE SHIPPED VIA USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. RETURN WITH THIS FORM. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS IN RETRUNING YOUR ITEM(S) TO US. HOWEVER, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE EXCHANGED ITEMS REQUESTED TO BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
